LexisNexis has announced two customer engagement programs around the beta launch of generative AI-based research and drafting tool Lexis+ AI;

• One that will have previews of product development with access to AI webinars and roundtables and

• a group of Am Law 50 law firms working with the beta version and contributing to the product development

While Lexis+ AI does not use external citations, LexisNexis can’t guarantee that it will be hallucination free.

Lexis+AI is exploring pre loaded prompt questions with its beta clients to help eliminate hallucinations that return incorrect or fictitious answers which have been an issue with other Large Language Models.
