Australian law firm Lander & Rogers has launched a new program called AI Lab, aimed at exploring and implementing AI use cases in legal practice. The program is built around three strategic pillars: transform, develop, and partner, and will work in collaboration with the firm’s LawTech Hub, academic institutions, industry leaders, and AI startups. The aim is to integrate AI into operational and client service frameworks, produce prototypes and proof-of-concepts, and increase AI literacy among stakeholders. According to the firm’s Chief Innovation Officer, embracing AI is essential to maintain the firm’s position as an innovation leader in Australia.
