Juro Opens First US Base in Boston

Juro, a UK-based contract automation platform, is launching operations in the US for the first time, opening a location in Boston due to significant growth in its US client base. Established in 2016, the company plans to hire for various positions, especially in customer success and sales and will have team members relocating from London. CEO Richard Mabey emphasised the importance of a local presence in the larger US market, where demand for their AI capabilities has surged. Boston was chosen for its favourable time zone, talent pool, and competitive compensation. Currently, over one-third of Juro’s customers are in the US, including Pfizer and WeWork, aligning with their expansion and the growth of genAI features.
