Dr Richard Susskind, President of the Society for Computers and Law has had a lifelong interest in the use of Ai in the law.
AI and the law was the subject of Susskind’s doctorate at Oxford in the 1980s; following which he co-developed the world’s first commercial AI system for lawyers.
As the author of several books on the subject Susskind offers a few thoughts about where we are and where we are likely heading.
