The company is about to introduce its citator, intending to compete with established legal research firms by merging conventional approaches with cutting-edge AI features. Midpage is dedicated solely to case law and has secured $2 million in venture capital. Its database includes all federal appellate and trial cases and state appellate cases, totalling over 10 million cases.
Midpage sets itself apart with features that enable lawyers to navigate case law effectively. It employs a distinctive system that allows users to create tailored columns of search results based on specific inquiries. This capability permits users to filter results more precisely than standard keyword searches. Currently, the platform is offered with a complimentary two-week trial.
