Anthropic — a startup co-founded by ex-OpenAI employees, launched a chatbot called Claude. Similar to ChatGPT it can be instructed to parse and answer questions about legal documents. However, Anthropic claims that Claude is “much less likely to produce harmful outputs,” “easier to converse with” and “more steerable” than ChatGPT.
