Gen AI can significantly impact project management, including legal project management, by leveraging predictive analytics, automating repetitive tasks, and optimising client communication. However, the legal profession will still require the interpersonal and relational skills of a Legal Project Manager (LPM) in many areas. LPMs can leverage Gen AI in assembling fee reports for global mandates and visualising key transaction data points.
